The Committee on Culture and Spirituality recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to Clause 15 of the Law "On Cinematography" (re Rights and Conditions of Film Distribution and Demonstration) as a Basis

The Bill (Reg. No. 4490) fixes the terms of denying the issue of a State permit for the distribution and demonstration of films, determines the grounds for the refusal and its cancellation.

The Committee members believe that adoption of the Bill will coordinate regulations of the Law "On Cinematography" with the Law "On the Licensing System in the Field of Economic Activity".
